COYN focuses its programmatic efforts in the workforce and education sectors in order to ensure the success of opportunity youth.

BayTAY Initiative

BAY TAY initiative is to assist local workforce development boards build capacity in their efforts to serve Opportunity Youth. Five Workforce Development Boards were selected to participate in the BayTay Technical Assistance initiative. They include:

San Jose
Alameda County
San Francisco
Contra County
NOVA
